OBJECTIVE

• This committee is established to manage the regional finances and plan annual budgets

• Duties:

  • Create an annual budget

  • Work with the Treasurer to create a quarterly and annual recap of budget versus actual

  • Perform a quarterly verification of the bank statement with a review of income versus expenses as well as budget versus actual

  • Review expense categories for clarity of purpose
